To get to centre, walk through the lane beside Goldcraft on Cromwell Street.
Turn left and go up the steps.
The entrance is to the door on the right (Entrance 1).
Follow the corridor around to the left and the reception area is straight ahead beside the staircase.

At present we will be using an answerphone during treatments to avoid disruption to clients.
We would ask that anyone calling please leave a message or send a text (it is often easier to respond to texts in between treatments) with their name, number and enquiry or appointment request (date, time, treatment) and we will call you or text you back as soon as possible to confirm.
Alternatively you can email your request to info@blisstherapy.co.uk and we will get back to you by the end of the day or as soon as possible.

Gift Vouchers
For the gift that everyone will appreciate, what better way to indulge or spoil your family or friends, than with a Bliss Therapy Gift Voucher? Gift Vouchers are available for either treatments or for a value of money.
You can now buy gift vouchers online using Paypal. Paypal is a safe and secure way of paying for your vouchers and we will post your voucher out the following day or whenever the funds have cleared. You can also pick vour voucher up from Sheveux design with your paypal receipt. Gift vouchers are also available to buy from Bliss Therapy and from Sheveux Design Hairdressing, now located at 36 Point Street, Stornoway (formerly This 'n' That).
When booking an appointment using a gift voucher you will be asked for the voucher number to confirm your booking.
Medical Conditions
On arrival all clients will be asked to fill in a consultation card. It is the clients responsibility to inform us before every treatment, if they are pregnant, on medication or suffering any kind of illness, as we may advise you not to take the treatments booked.
Payment
We would kindly ask clients to pay with either cash or cheque. At this moment we do not take credit cards, due to the high level of bank charges.
Mobile Phones
To maintain a relaxed atmosphere, please switch off your phone before entering the salon.

Children
To meet with insurance requirements and also in our effort to maintain a relaxed atmosphere, we would ask clients having treatments, not to bring babies or children under the age of 12 to the Salon.
